We are having our club tournament Sunday at Bartons. John and I are pretty pumped for this tournament as anything could happen Good and Bad!, We are hoping for the good. We prefished last week and would of held our own. We fished for Smallies and Large mouths, not sure what we will target Sunday. We both love Smallie fishing but it takes quite a few to make the weight. I think we are going to be flexible and see how it pans out, good luck to all members!

We had a added bonus during our August trip. One of Buddies and fellow Chicopee Bass Club Member/President wins The Lake Champlain Weekend Series Bassmaster Tournament. We made our way back to the Cottage Sat. Night to find out that Henry had taken 1st place @ this tournament outfishing 55 other tournament anglers. Henry was able to find some big bites weighing in 19.10 for 5 fish, this is a awesome weight as these tournaments are fished with a non-boater fishing for his own bag. Great Job Henry!!!!

and believe it or not another person weighed in 8.8 for 5 fish

2nd place or fourth place ? 5 fish for 8.6

3rd place or fifth? Art and Don with 8.4

I was told everyone caught fish and most culled but it was difficult to find that elusive Lunker
