I was pleased to get the boat out of storage on Friday. I stopped on my way home and added some fresh fuel, loaded a few safety item (and a  few poles/lures) and headed for Congamond. I made it to the ramp without any issues and was happy that everything worked fine. I was quite pleased that the motor started up quickly and ran great. I always worry in spring running the motor due to the ethanol fuel. I think this fuel goes bad fast even using the stabilizers. I worked on putting the sleds up for the summer this past weekend and part of this draining the fuel. I was able to pull approx 14 gallons from both of the sleds and when I finished  I noticed green stuff/crap floating on the surface of the fuel. I drained some back into a glass jar using a coffee filter and placed it on the bench sealed for a little personal testing. I am curios on how long it will take to turn bad in a sealed glass container, this fuel had trace amounts of stabilizer in it prior to draing from the sleds.

Only time will tell.l
