We made it out on the Conn. river today in search of some new spots. The river was moving quick and the water was up and stained. The bite was slow but managed a few smaller fish. We found a few spots with some nice followers but no takers. With the changing weather a the unfavorable water condition it was a slow day, this made it a easy decision to head home and finish the yard work.

I launched out of Bondies, if you can get past the aroma it was not bad at all. We ran up past the Chicopee launch and it seemed o.k. also. I think when we launch it will be out but the weigh in may be a challenge. If the place fishes like it did this past Sunday we may have to change it to a striper tournament lolCool
