Now that Flourocarbon has been around for a while and it's been refined, is there any final word on what knot works best? I've heard mixed reviews and that a palomar knot works fine as long as you don't teist the line. I've also heard of something called the SAN DIEGO Jam knot (or something like that). ANyone care to share their experiences? Thanks.

I use 6 lb flourocarbon on my tube rod and the old line thru the eye, spin 5 times, tag end back thru the bottom, wet and cinch, seems to work best for me. palomar knot has failed me several times with this 6lb line before settling with the old fashion fishermans knot. Good luck. keep me posted if u find a better knot for this diameter line.
