Has anyone fished with or know anyone that owns a power pro pole anchor. A few of us are thinking of purchasing these. Prior to dropping $1500 we would like toar first hand the many uses for them and how they like them. any feedback would be great

Dave, I know first hand that they make fishing from the rear deck difficult, very difficult. I fished as a non-boater a year ago and the thing worked…GREAT. If they weren't $1500. I'd have one. However always in the way for the guy in the back.

If you had the pole set half way down it would not be higher than the top of the motor?, I agree if it was all the way up I would think it would be tough to cast if fishing parallel to shore.
