Sean and I made our way out to the lake this morning. When Sean and I showed up this morning the lake was mostly frozen over. The fun began as we idled through the 1/2 inch or so of ice to our first spot. We fished a bunch of spots in the 32-38 degree water with plastics, jig and blade baits and ended the day with = 2 decent bass , 8 Perch, 3 pics.

I will try and post the video of us chopping some ice and the better fish caught.

The best part in the morning hours we only needed a sweatshirt and lower bibs and winds were calm. Is it possible the weather could stay like this till April….
