Lake Champlain Record High Waters

I was told that Lake Champlain water level is at record highs. I talked with Henry from our club and he assured me that this is a good thing for fishing. I have never fished the lake this early in the year. I also never fished the lake when the water was high. I hope the property owner fair o.k. with water level this high. Does anyone know if they restrict speed/wake on the lake when it is high? I remeber when Lake Winnie was high a few years back they placed a no-wake within 100  ft from shore rule into effect.

Thanks
