I was wondering if this poses a problem with some of the larger lakes, going 45 mph and someone passes you going 50 mph and starts fishing the same spot you planned on fishing? or does it go back to if you wish to speed and get a ticket you are out of the tournament? Has anyone fished a NH tournament since this has gone into affect? any special discussion @ takeoff Confused
