I am having a tough time sending the boat to rest this fall. I enjoyed more time on the water this year than most past summers. This leads me to the tough question when will the fish stop biting in the Northern states?. I spent another fine morning /early afternoon fishing this past Sunday. I was able to spend some quality time on the water with my bud Johnny O` we did fairly well considering the conditions. I started the search picking up 5 quick bites on a senko, then followed up with a decent one on a chatterbait. Both John and I managed a hand full of nice fish on the jigs. We ended the day around 1:00 with a treat from my brother hot burgers from the grill. It was a perfect end for our day as the high temps only reached 55 Deg with a stiff north wind. I am planning to head out onto the water until the fish stop coperating. Thanks

temps low 50`s

wind yes steady 10-20 gusts

partly sunny

best five fish aprox. 13-14.5 pounds (no lunkers)

location Lake X Sturbridge Ma area

Water temps low 50`s

Depth less than 10 feet

total bass caught 20 plus

Thanks
