I know you guys had events this past weekend at Bartons can you fill us in how was the bite, weights, winners…..Anything would be appreciated thinking it should of been a good bite.

The bite was good a few days before but they closed the ramp on Nov 3rd so we canceled ours and Dave moved his to the Oxbow. Usually that ramp stays open till the 2nd or 3rd week in Nov, not sure why they closed it so early and with the weather we are having now I would love to be out there.

Tim thanks for the update. Did you fish the Oxbow event or have any results. I spent a good part of the weekend cleaning the boat to get it ready for the winter storage but now… I having second thoughts with this weather.

Didn't fish Oxbow and haven't heard how they were biting down there. Thought about putting the boat away myself after the snow but glad I didn't the river is fishing great right now.

we had 12 boats. the bite was tough. not sure of exact weights

1st  Dave Roberts and Ron Blajda 14+lbs

2nd Mark Consolini and Tim Jacques 12+lbs

3rd  Mark Nelson and Chris Donovan 12+lbs

 

Chicopee section this week Saturday from 8-3
