I had the pleasure of talking with Dave Morrisette tonight.  Dave plans on hosting some get together events @ the Oxbow state ramp on Sunday Morning for the next few Sundays. Dave mentioned the event will be low cost 30$ per boat with a 5 fish limit running from 8 a.m. to 3?(sign ups starting around 7 a.m.). Anyone interested in trying out a low pressure tournament with some great guys this may be your chance. If for any reason I missed a detail do not hesitate to call Dave direct @ 413 626-8286

As we both know Luck plays a big part in it. The only other thing is location location location! How many times during a weigh in have we heard someone say they did not have any or many fish @ noon time then and end up winning the event from one spot. Never give up!Laugh

Sorry Guys never put the text in,  from what I was told the gents above took top honors last Sunday at the Oxbow Pick up Open tournament coming in with one of  the 2 or 3  limits caught for the day and a weight of 12 pounds plus great job!

I havent heard from anyone so I am guessing no tournament tomorrow.  I am going to run to bartons cove instead. I havent been there is a few weeks and want to give it a try.  Got out today at the Oxbow and caught a few.  Water temp was 39 degrees.  It is almost over.  almost…
